The Board is committed to improving the appearance, operations and value of the office park to the owners and local community as well as enforcing the office park's Covenants and By-Laws. They meet periodically to decide on ongoing issues and improvement projects. Feel free to reach out to them with questions, comments and suggestions. Please be considerate of their time as Board membership is mostly voluntary.

The office park is also professionally managed on a day-to-day operational basis by Baldwin Leasing & Management., with an on-site office and presence. The company is responsible for showing available units as well as managing the exterior areas (facilities, buildings and grounds) of the office park at the direction of the Board.
